Q: How long does delivery take?
We usually process orders within 24–48 hours.
Metro cities: 1–4 days after dispatch
Rest of India: 4–7 days after dispatch
Q: Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, shipping is free on all prepaid orders. A ₹100 fee is applicable for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
Q: How can I track my order?
Once your order is placed, you will receive an Order ID via email and WhatsApp. You can use it to track your shipment.
Q: What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 7 days of delivery. However, customers are required to self-ship the product to our return address. We do not offer reverse pickup.
Q: Are return shipping charges free?
No, return shipping charges must be borne by the customer and are non-refundable.
Q: How will I receive my refund?
Prepaid orders: Refunded to your original payment method
COD orders: Refunded to your bank account or UPI (details required)

Q: Can I exchange a product?
Yes, exchanges are available. You need to self-ship the product first.

Q: What if I received a damaged or wrong product?
Please contact us within 48 hours with photos or an unboxing video. We will arrange a replacement.
Q: Do you offer returns on all orders?
No. Orders placed using the “NORETURN” coupon are not eligible for returns or refunds. Only size exchange is allowed (subject to availability).
Q: Is an unboxing video required?
Yes, for missing or incorrect items, an unboxing video is mandatory. Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
