Shipping Charges

At Bastralaya, we offer free shipping on all prepaid orders across India. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a ₹100 cash handling fee is applicable. Please note, this fee is non-refundable in case of returns.

Order Delivery Time

We take pride in delivering your orders quickly. Since we design and manage our own clothing, most orders are processed within 24–48 hours.

Estimated delivery timelines:

• Metro Cities: 1–4 days after dispatch

• Rest of India: 4–7 days after dispatch

Shipping Locations

Bastralaya ships pan India. Our goal is simple — to bring style to every corner of the country.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is placed, you will receive an Order ID via email and WhatsApp. You can use this ID to track your shipment easily.

Reverse Pickup

If your location is not serviceable for reverse pickup by our courier partners, we may request you to self-ship the product to our return address. In such cases, shipping charges will be reimbursed upon submitting a valid courier receipt.
