By using Bastralaya and placing an order, you agree to the following terms:

• All products are subject to availability and may vary slightly in color or appearance.

• Orders are processed within 24–48 hours. Delivery timelines may vary based on location.

• We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock issues, payment problems, or suspected fraud.

Returns & Exchanges

• Returns/exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

• Customers must self-ship the product; we do not provide reverse pickup.

• Return shipping charges are non-refundable.

• Items must be unused, unworn, and with original tags.

Refunds

• Prepaid orders: refunded to original payment method

• COD orders: refunded to bank/UPI

• COD charges are non-refundable

Offers & Coupons

• Discounts apply only if all offer conditions are met.

• If items are returned, discounts may be removed and refunds adjusted.

• “NORETURN” coupon orders are not eligible for returns or refunds.

General

• Prices and policies may change without prior notice.

• Misuse of the website may lead to order cancellation or account action.

• All disputes are subject to Indian jurisdiction.
