Return & Replacement Policy

At Bastralaya, we want you to love what you wear. If you're not completely satisfied, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.


Return Policy (Self-Shipping Required)

  • We currently do not offer reverse pickup services.

  • Customers are required to self-ship the product to our return address.

  • The product must be securely packed to avoid damage during transit.

  • Shipping charges for returns are to be borne by the customer and are non-refundable.


Refund Process

  • Prepaid Orders: Refund will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refund will be transferred to your bank account or UPI (details must be provided).

  • COD handling charges are non-refundable.


Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are available for size or product changes.

  • Customers must self-ship the original product before the exchange is processed.

  • If the new product costs more, the price difference must be paid.

  • If the new product costs less, the remaining amount will be issued as a store credit/gift card.


Combo Offers & Discount Policy

For orders placed under combo offers, bundle deals, or promotional discounts:

  • Offers are valid only if all conditions are met.

  • If part of the order is returned:

    • The offer becomes invalid.

    • Refund will be recalculated based on original product prices.

    • Retained products will be charged at full price.


Return / Exchange Process

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email to request a return/exchange

  2. Share your order details and reason for return

  3. Ship the product to our provided return address

  4. Share the courier receipt/tracking details with us

  5. Once received and verified, we will process your refund/exchange


Important Guidelines

  • Returns/exchanges are valid only within India.

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and with original tags intact.

  • Clear product images may be required for approval.

  • For missing or incorrect items, an unboxing video is mandatory.

  • Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.


Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours with photos or an unboxing video. We will assist you with a replacement.


No Return Policy (NORETURN Coupon)

  • Orders placed using the “NORETURN” coupon are not eligible for returns or refunds.

  • Only size exchanges are allowed (subject to availability).

  • No refunds, cancellations, or store credits will be provided.
